The Equipment Profiles

The advanced Roadphalt multi-functional modified asphalt production plant is designed and manufactured by Shanghai Roadphalt Asphalt Technology Co., Ltd. together with Tongji University and can be applied to produce and process crumb rubber modified asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and other modified asphalt products. The plant can be positioned in a container and conveniently connected with domestic asphalt concrete mixing plant to produce modified asphalt concrete or modified asphalt through factory production.

Features:

1. The equipment can use a variety of base asphalt to produce modified asphalt.

2. The equipment can produce rubber asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, PE modified asphalt and other kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt..

3. Simple operation, low management costs. 

4. Low energy consumption, heating up fast. The total power of the equipment is less than 60 kw. 

5. The equipment operation is stable, the equipment is equipped with two sets of independent heating system, one fails, another also can support equipment, Thus effectively avoid delays because of equipment failure.

6. The equipment can be moved. It is convenient to produce modified asphalt.

The series of the plant to produce modified asphalt type

1. Rubber asphalt conforming to the standard of ASTM D6114M-09 (Standard Specification for Asphalt-Rubber Binder);

2. SBS modified asphalt conforming to the standard of ASTM D5976-96 and AASHTO;

3. SBS modified asphalt conforming to the standard of PG76-22;

4. High-viscosity modified asphalt conforming to the standard of OGFC (60 ℃ viscosity > 105 Pa·S);

5. High-viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt suitable for Strata stress-absorbing layer;

6. Rock asphalt, lake asphalt, PE and EVA modified asphalt (existence of segregation, use immediately after mixing).

Remarks: 

In addition to equipment requirements, the production of 3,4,5 types of SBS modified asphalt may have high requirements for base asphalt. Customers provide the base asphalt and our company needs to confirm whether it is suitable for asphalt production equipment. We will provide you the technical support of the formulae and production processes according to the base asphalt supplied.

1. Asphalt concrete batching plants. 

2. The enterprises (such as maintenance units) which need moving requirements can complete

the construction of the rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer by using synchronous chip sealer. We can also choose other equipments to finish the production and construction of the rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt mixture . Duo to the quantity of modified asphalt requirements are small and difficult to buy ,so it can reduce business cost and the dependence of the outside . For the actual requirement ,we can product more professional modified asphalt rather than general modified asphalt products.

3. The region or county of highway authority subordinate enterprises. These units need to use

modified asphalt ,but can't invest modified asphalt equipment, small mobile device can meet its requirements.

4.  In order to ensuring continuous feeding ,the large asphalt logistics company can outfit with a complete set of equipments according to the actual situation ( throughput :5-20t/h).  

Remarks: 

The biggest advantage is : having low requirement for staff and external environment. The staff can independent production( product modified asphalt ) after a simple training ,it's different from the conventional modified asphalt equipment.
